Need to have a good update on the rooms.
Absolutely no problems it was very good an overnight stay
My 68 year old mother fell in the shower immediately after she got in, the floor was slick, the door didn't latch open or closed, it just kind of hung there in the middle where it was supposed to close, so there was nothing to hold onto.
Paperthin walls, can hear actual conversations and snooring from next door. Room was not well cleaned such as toothpaste slatters on mirror frame.
This is the first time we've tried this and it worked pretty well. We had terrible flight times but the hotel accommodated our schedule in getting us to and picking up from the airport. We had a bit of communication issue on the pickup but it worked out.
The walls were so thin that when I was unlocking my door (still in the hallway) I could hear the people next door having sex. When we were in the room we could hear them talking, although not the words. Please consider renovating the walls for sound. It truly made it uncomfortable to be in there. Shuttle: we had no issues; however, even though we had put in the return flight information, the 'driver' hadn't shown up for work yet on Monday morning when we came back. The person who answered the phone ended up coming to get us. We weren't sure why we weren't expected.
Hotel room was clean and very comfortable! Water pressure was excellent! Breakfast was not good! Breakfast area was disorganized and dirty. Not sure, but felt like the regular staff wasn't there. They were really disorganized. That's not an excuse by any means, but things do happen.
Room was fine. I WISH I KNEW PRIOR TO MAKING RESERVATION THAT THE SHUTTLE STOPPED RUNNING AT 11:45PM SINCE MY RETURN FLIGHT ARRIVED AT AROUND 11:57 PM. I PAID $ 23.00 TO TAKE A TAXI TO THE HOTEL!

Rooms needed work although they are trying to update. But the front desk not giving you your wake up call on two different mornings is unexcusable.
The hotel was nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

I was greeted very nicely - check in went really fast and I was given all information that I would need for my stay and information on the shuttle to the airport.
Very convenient. Shuttle to and from the airport was timely, comfortable with friendly drivers. Hotel room was fine for overnight stay an d catching plane the next morning. Receptionist was friendly and provided easy check in.
Good rate for room and parking for a couple of days. Shuttle service was very prompt and pickup at airport upon return was very quick.
The hotel was fine, some folks hanging out in lobby that made me uncomfortable saying loudly how long it would be before I was back for my car, but that happens. Shuttle was not as quick as I expected it was right at 15 minutes.
The hotel looked clean however when we got to the 3rd floor there was no air conditioning in the hall. The smell was horrible. It smelled as if it had been a smoking area and the carpet is awful. The room didn’t have. The air on and it had been a 90 degree day. The smell was just as bad in the room. I started the air thinking that it would help the smell and left for an hour. I came back and the smell was still just as bad. I have COPD and was having an awful time breathing so I left after midnight to get a mask to put over my nose and mouth so I could sleep. Unless someone does something about the smell I won’t return. I don’t understand why there was no air in the hall. I’ve never had a hotel that had that smelled so bad. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff and the property were excellent. We had no problems during our stay. The room we had was very nice and comfy. We will definitely book again!
The hotel is getting run down. The air conditioner was not on when we arrived, took half an hour or so to cool down. We left at 6 am for the airport but they already had the hot breakfast out.
Staff was great, shuttle driver was very courteous, helpful and prompt! Room had been remodeled but paint overspray on outlet covers and door stops made the room feel uncared for. Also gaps between flooring between bathroom and bedroom made it feel dirty. Our room had a terrible odor that kept us awake most of the night.
